Pedersoli Trapdoor Springfield Model Black Powder Cartridge Rifle. This is a copy of the original Trapdoor Springfields used in military target matches in the 19 century. Comes with a detachable checkered wood pistol grip, Creedmoor tang sight and globe front sight. Notice that this rifle has a 1-18" twist to stabilize heavier bullets out to 1000 yards. Actual weight 9.25 lbs, 32 5/8" barrel, 1-18" twist, 45-70 Gov't.
