Custom built engraved, carved muzzleloader. This is with out a doubt the most beautiful muzzleloader we have ever had. Hand carved red curly Maple stock. Iron nitrate stain, hand rubbed oil finish. The brass furniture was hand fored and shaped. Poured pewter nose cap. All engraving done by hand not machined. Rifle was test fired 60 times by builder with .480 round ball and .018" thick patch using the same flint not one misfire. Fast lock with good spark. Patch box release on toe plate is hand ground and hardened for smooth operation. The release button and push rod is threaded for additional adjustment if needed.
