The Circle Fly Nitro Wads are .135" thick and are typically used on top of your powder charge. The correct size for your particular gun may vary but the following are manufactuer's suggestions. Turned cases use the same gauge wad as the shell. Extruded brass cases should use one or two gauges larger ie: use 18 gauge wads in 20 gauge shells.
