Cimarron Firearms imported Uberti "Border Model" Cowboy Action Shooting version of the famous 1873 Winchester Rifle, the "rifle that won the west," The checkered deluxe walnut grip stock really sets this rifle above the rest. Like all other Cimarron models, this 1873 is the highest quality available. Cimarron places the authentic and orginal King's patent markings on the 20" blue octagon barrel, uses historic caliber designations, and includes the historically artistic "Model 1873" tang markings. The forged steel receiver is case colored along with the lever and hammer and the butt plate is blued. The barrel comes with a standard Winchester style semi buck horn with elevator rear sight and a number 21 type front blade sight.
